The Crystal Park

General
By confirming a reservation or entering the premises, guests agree to comply with these policies.
Management reserves the right to modify these terms without prior notice.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all guests staying or visiting The Crystal Park.
2.
Booking & Reservation Policy
All bookings at The Crystal Park are subject to availability.
Booking confirmation is valid only after receipt of advance or full payment.
Room tariffs and banquet charges may change without prior notice unless confirmed.
Applicable government taxes will be charged as per prevailing laws.
3.
Check-In & Check-Out Policy
Check-In Time: 2:00 PM
Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges.
Valid government-approved photo ID is mandatory for all guests at check-in.

4. Payment Policy
Guests may be required to settle full payment at the time of check-in.
Payments can be made via cash, UPI, debit card, or credit card.
Any additional services availed during the stay will be charged separately.
5.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Cancellation charges will apply as per the selected booking plan.
No-show bookings may attract charges for one night or the full duration of stay.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days.
6.
Occupancy Policy
Guests must adhere to the maximum occupancy limit of the booked room.
Extra guests or additional bedding are chargeable and subject to availability.
Children above the defined age may be charged as adults.
7.
Damage & Liability
Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to hotel property.
Repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.
The Crystal Park is not responsible for loss of valuables unless deposited with reception.

Guest Conduct & Behaviour
Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect other guests.
Loud music, parties, or disruptive behavior inside rooms is strictly prohibited.
Management reserves the right to evict guests violating hotel discipline without refund.
2.
Smoking & Alcohol Policy
Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas.
Smoking inside rooms or restricted zones may attract a penalty.
Alcohol consumption is allowed only within permitted areas of the property.
3.
Visitors Policy
Visitors are allowed only during designated hours and in permitted areas.
Valid identification may be required for all visitors.
Overnight stay of visitors is not allowed unless registered at reception.
4.
Safety & Security
Guests must ensure room doors are locked when unattended.
Fire safety guidelines displayed on the property must be strictly followed.
The Crystal Park is not liable for accidents caused due to guest negligence.
5.
Housekeeping & Property Care
Daily housekeeping services are provided at scheduled times.
Damage to linen, towels, furniture, or amenities will be chargeable.
Removal of hotel property is strictly prohibited.
6.
Food & Beverage Policy
Outside food may be restricted in certain areas.
Cooking or use of heating appliances inside rooms is not permitted.
Restaurant and room service timings must be followed.
7.
Pets Policy
Pets are allowed only if prior approval is taken from management.
Guests are fully responsible for pet behavior and any damage caused.
Additional cleaning or damage charges may apply.
8.
Banquet & Event Rules
All events must adhere to local authority guidelines and approved timings.
External vendors, decorators, or sound systems require prior permission.
The Crystal Park is not responsible for personal loss during events.

Non-compliance with hotel policies may result in eviction without refund.
These rules are framed to ensure safety, comfort, and a pleasant experience for all guests.
